The onboarding process with a new team member acting as an ISA (Inside Sales Associate) for the first 90 days. During this time they learn the ins and outs of real estate by gaining access to our library of content & resources while simultaneously putting it into action daily.

Sales Manager: Mike Proctor
Mike’s job is to help the agents on our team be more productive, help more people, and close more transactions by focusing on accountability and coaching.
Operations Manager: Russell Macias
Russell’s main focus on the team is systems. He studies, tests, and implements the systems that our agents use on a daily basis to help them do what they do best – help people buy and sell homes.
