I have to get real for a minute, if anyone is looking for the best real estate agent here in San Diego, we found him! We dealt with a total of 6 agents before finding him and let me tell you, it was like night and day! When we met Adam, we were already "working" with an agent and Adam knew that, so he didn't try to take his business, however he still sent us listings and went way above and beyond for us. NO ONE else did that. It was an easy decision to switch to Adam. Finally, we were viewed as human beings and not a commission check, we were listened to and respected. It is not possible for me to say enough good things about my FlyHomes agent, Bob David. I have purchased homes twice in my life, and this experience was a night and day difference. I had no idea an agent could be as hands-on and proactive as Bob. Whenever I found something I was interested in he went above and beyond in his efforts to research it, including any flaws and the impact that might have on the purchase. He took the time to show us around everywhere, including video tours I needed while still overseas. Bryan Mancuso and Whissel Realty were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire house hunting and escrow process. Prior to meeting Bryan and the other members of Whissel Realty, I first started my home search with a different real estate agent. This real estate agent was a friend of friend so I thought I was in good hands. However, as the search continued, I couldn’t be more wrong. I would often not hear from them and had to do a lot of the research on properties by myself. Being first time home buyer this was extremely frustrating because I was behind the curve and missed a lot of opportunities when it came to potentially great homes. I went to an open house in which Bryan was showing. Bryan talked to me for about an hour or so. During the course of our conversation Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about today's housing market and his experience in real estate clearly showed. Bryan took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me new insight into the world of real estate. I gave Bryan my contact information and proceeded about my day. Without hesitation I said of course I wanted the property and the escrow process had begun. Communication Guy's communication was always very prompt and professional! Being the way that the market is, even an hour can make a difference in getting a place and losing out to another buyer. So, Guy's efficiency in communication and willingness to be flexible with my work schedule was very much appreciated! House Hunting At one point during my search, we saw that a home had just gone on the market, Guy reached out to them and he was able to get a time for me to see the property right away! Making the Deal When we found the home that was perfect, Guy didn't hesitate to get the offer going and get everything I needed to make a competitive offer ready! As soon as I saw the place (through his automatic emails), I loved it! Guy contacted the agent...even before the lockbox was placed on the door...and made an appointment to go see it! Right away, Guy had an offer written up for me and we were on our way to escrow! Escrow Process Again, through this entire process, Guy was essential, very clear in communication, knowledgeable, and an amazing negotiator! Guy made sure that I got the best deal possible and really advocated for my budget and needs as a buyer! Guy is incredibly honest and would advise me on what to sign when, like making sure my loan was approved before removing the contingencies. He was amazing and made things like the inspection and final walk through very easy. He was aware of my work schedule and made sure that everything was escheduled after I got off work! Again, Guy made this process as easy as possible for me! Overall Without Guy's determination, knowledge, efficiency, negotiating skills, and overall support, I I would not have been able to get as good of a deal as I did! However, are you confident that this friend or family member has what it takes to deliver on their promises of top dollar and a quick sale? I can tell you from my experience, hiring an experienced, professional realtor like J.C. Agajanian will ensure that you get your home sold quickly and for the most amount of money. And, more importantly, he and his team will shepherd you through a hassle-free escrow without encountering any of the many things that can go wrong after an offer is accepted. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with a number of realtors, both buying and selling property. My father was also a broker many years, ago, so I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly in real estate agents and brokers. I must say JC and his teammate, Spencer Smock, are, by far, the most effective and professional team I’ve ever worked with. From my first conversation with JC, I recognized not only his impeccable professionalism, but also his specific knowledge about the neighborhood where my condominium was located. I had spoken with another realtor who had touted themselves an “expert” in sales in that neighborhood, but it became very clear, from that first conversation, that JC was, in fact, a true expert in properties in my particular neighborhood. More crucially for me, he was very familiar with the litigation between my HOA and the builder, which potentially involved several perils during the sales and escrow processes. For instance, any potential buyer needed to be either a cash buyer or willing and able to qualify for special financing due to the pending litigation. JC was not only intimately familiar with this process, he also brought a lender to the table that was able to provide that special financing to any interested party in need of financing. As it turned out, a little over a month passed between our initial conversation and signing the listing contract. Although I was in escrow on a purchase of a new home when I first contacted JC about selling my condo, that process was, unfortunately, unexpectedly lengthy and contentious. JC was diligent about keeping in touch, but never made me feel pressured to sign a listing contract or to go on the market. However, once I was ready, JC’s team went into action, quickly getting my condo staged, photographed and market-ready. Within 6 days of being on the market, JC and Spencer presented me with multiple offers, most which were well over our asking price. I ultimately chose an all-cash/quick close offer for $75,000 over asking price. A lot of realtors tout themselves as “full service” realtors, but, in my experience, most fall short of that claim. Not so, with JC and his team. Because the escrow on my new house was incredibly stressful, I was a bit skeptical of what JC could ultimately deliver on the sale of my condo. Unequivocally, JC and Spencer are the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with. Not only would I recommend them to anyone seeking to buy or sell property, I would definitely hire them again to represent me in any real estate transaction in the future.

We worked with Jeremey McHone to sell our house in San Diego. The process was explain very clearly and they kept us updated in every step. Since the beginning he told us the best weeks/months for selling, which was key because we put the house in the market just in time, just before the housing market cool down. Jeremy and his aides answered us every questions. We did not receive offers in the first two weeks and Jeremy never hesitated to organize more open house. You will not get this attention from other unexperienced real estate agents. In the escrow process Jeremy always advise us to reach a successful closure, he was always looking to get the best deal. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable about the whole home buying process and what I could reasonably afford. At first I thought I wanted a fixer-upper and he was honest with me about how much work some homes would likely require while weighing the cost benefit analysis of what would be worth it. I ultimately ended up purchasing a home that an investor had done a total rehab on. He knew when to submit an offer that would get me the best deal - and I think I got a great deal. I love my neighborhood, my home, and am so grateful that Jesse was so wonderful to work with for the biggest purchase of my life. Super helpful throughout this process. Walked us through our first house purchase and answered our numerous questions. We looked at about 12+ homes with her expertise in the field. Our townhouse purchase took about 60 days to close having to deal with sellers who were dragging thier feet trying to give us a fraction of money to purchase a place with an unknown water leak instead of getting it repaired with the insurance of the sellers. The sellers were difficult throughout the process and karlee helped us through it, I think the sellers wanted us to back out. Karlee showed us the areas we were interested in and a few extras, very responsive to the quick closing market
Karlee is quite the realtor..the first time we met she was going over and beyond to help us. She will always be there for you no matter what, every step of the way. You will want to be forever friends. You will want to invite her over and just hang out. That’s how personable she is. We had heard of Kevin from a friend, who raved about him, and of course, he delivered. I'm talking about advice just beyond the process, but advice on loans, how to navigate extremely new situations, and all the little things that some other places may over look. In fact, the very first meeting, he sat with my partner and spent 2 hours after working hours drawing out the whole process, explaining all of the jargon terms, start to finish. He created personalized videos and texted them to us so we were able to understand everything clearly, was constantly available via text or phone call, and made sure that we closed smoothly in 21 days, with a great deal I should mention. In addition, Whissel provided step-by-step instructional videos for each step of Escrow. Also, they provide a free moving truck which helped a ton! Definitely coming back on our next purchase!
I was referred to Kevin Piechota by some friends who had worked with him when they bought their condo and had nothing but great things to say. I dragged this man around day in day out and often late at night and He kept responding and search and negotiating. I was looking myself during the day and never let up, He was Tenacious . Through it all, late nights, close by and even out 1.5 hours East in the evening, He was as pleasant and engaged as the first time we met and started looking. I was out bid so many times on houses and went for condos. It didn't seem as though he cared about the commission as much as he did His client. I truly appreciated this aspect of his personality. We NEVER felt anything emotionally negative in our mutual goal of finding the right property for our needs. This is our fifth home purchase. His personality and personal enuthsiasm to work with us to find the exact right property WITHOUT trying to sell us anything just to move on to the next client was remarkable. I hope as his years in real estate grows he never loses that patience with clients. We are already missing the “daily “ attention he paid to helping us in our search for a San Diego home site suitable to our long term goals.

Louis Goletto came to my door one day. I don't usually talk to people who come to the door but I had been thinking about selling. He was very kind and sweet and smart. Very friendly and always there when I needed encouragement or advice. This was the smoothest and fastest house I've ever sold. I could not believe how he and his partner went way out of their way to make things happen. From the photo shoot where they came over and took out unnecessary furniture and put it in the garage. They came over the day of the first open house and helped with the house. Making it look great! Who does that? I highly recommend Louis and his team. Everything was just like clockwork. There was a lot of support from the company employees. Of course the buyers were a big part of making things move smoothly. I can't say enough kind things about Louis. Not a salesman. He really cares. At the first open house the power went out all day and all night and it was hot and miserable. They came and worked in my very hot and dark open house for the entire day. My husband and I had the opportunity to move from the Bay Area - Morgan Hill to sunny San Diego. We received many realtor referrals from people who live in San Diego but we chose to go with our selling agent who referred us to Mike Proctor. Our home selling and buying experience started when the market for homes had shifted and interest rates were on the rise. Firstly I would like to commend Steve for his patience, as I had a ill informed opinion of what the property was worth. Despite him providing me with hard facts like market data, local history of sales, equivalent property currently on the market, and his own experience I was initially stubborn. However he was respectful and went ahead with my instructions, needless to say in the end he was vindicated as the sale was what he projected in the beginning. Any property is only worth what the market will pay for despite your personal opinions. Secondly he demonstrated perseverance as the property was one aspect to a large estate with many moving parts. There were many times issues would arise outside his control affecting the sale of the property but he was quick to offer help where he can. His timely communications with 3rd parties was greatly appreciated and helped expedite solutions. Through thick and thin he stuck with it to the end. Thirdly he exhibited initiative with providing solutions to many problems, some of which I imposed. When I interviewed potential agents he was the only one to propose appealing to the listing board to give the property a single family (SF) listing exemption. In all practicality the property is a SF house but the land is titled as bare land condo, meaning it cannot be listed as SF. Although after months of work the appeal was rejected, but I certainly valued his efforts. Lastly if I ever find myself looking for a property in Edmonton, Steve would be my first call.

I was introduced to Steve by my financial advisor, who are both part of the ProVisors network. Steve was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and experience were extremely beneficial to me as a first time home buyer, unfamiliar with many aspects of the purchasing process. We were in escrow twice, the second resulted in owning the home I'm writing this review from. During the first, foundation issues were found during the discovery phase. He and his associate, Zesty, were instrumental in aiding my decision making, which was ultimately lead to walking away. It's said that "where interest lies, honor dies," but that is clearly not the case with Steve and Zesty. Steve was very responsive each time I wanted to look at a home, which is a critical quality given the state of the market during the pandemic. He's also constantly trying to work out an edge that gives his client an advantage over other buyers. The home I purchased was being tented when we looked at it, only a day or so after hitting the market. Before chemicals were deployed, Steve convinced the fumigators to let us in to look inside. This meant we were one of only a few groups not bidding on the home sight-unseen. I think this is the reason we were not outbid. With that said, I highly recommend this team. Thanks again guys.

I had been toying with the idea of moving to Oceanside, but thought it would happen at a later date. A one-story home popped up for sale on a Sunday night/Monday morning, shortly after shelter in place orders had been issued due to Covid-19. After getting Steve's name as a reference, I called him and we set up a walk-through on Tuesday (this was also just prior to only virtual tours being allowed). We all looked over the house and, at Steve's recommendation, offered a price lower than what I had in mind. The offer was accepted! Between Steve, Zesty, Deana, and Jen, the process just flowed from start to finish. Our final walk-through had to be done virtually. Zesty set everything up and the seller walked us through everything he thought we might be interested in seeing, both inside and out. This was really the next best thing to being there. I know some people want to buy or sell without the help of a realtor, but with all the paperwork and other issues involved, I honestly don't know why.
